Sour Cherries
Prunus cerasus L.

There are over 10 million sour cherry trees in Serbia. Average annual production of sour cherries stands at around 75.000 metric tons.

About 90 percent of sour cherries grown in Serbia are the Oblacinska variety. Other varieties include the Sumadinka and Burlat’s Early.

We still believe that the best fruit is allowed to ripen naturally in the summer sun.
